Terms of Service
Last updated 26 July 2026.
1. Who you are contracting with
investingpaths.com and the Pulse application at pulse.investingpaths.com (together, the “Service”) are operated by Niller OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under registry code 14949251 (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@investingpaths.com. Our full registered details are at the foot of this page.
By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use it.
2. This is not investment advice
Everything on the Service is general information and educational content. Nothing on it is personal investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to do so. We are not licensed investment advisers and we do not take your circumstances into account.
Backtests, valuations, screeners and alerts describe historical or calculated outcomes based on data and assumptions that may be incomplete or wrong. Past performance does not predict future results. Every investment decision you make is yours alone, and you can lose money, including all of it.
3. Accuracy of data
Market prices, fundamentals and other figures come from third-party sources. We do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or current, and they may be delayed. Calculated outputs such as intrinsic value or backtest returns depend on those inputs and on stated simplifications, for example, backtests execute at daily closing prices and, unless you enable the relevant option, ignore dividends, fees, slippage and taxes. Do not rely on any figure here as the sole basis for a decision.
4. Your account
You need an account to use Pulse. You must give accurate registration details, keep your password secure, and you are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. Accounts are for a single person, don’t share your login.
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country of residence.
5. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
Parts of Pulse require a paid subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include VAT where it applies. Payments are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. They are the seller for the transaction, they issue your invoice, and they handle the applicable sales taxes. We never see or store your full card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-used periods except where the law requires it.
Refunds and your right of withdrawal. If you are an EU consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Beyond that, we offer a voluntary 30-day refund: email us within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
We may change prices. If a change affects your renewal we will tell you beforehand, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Existing discounted or founding rates are honoured for as long as that subscription stays active, unless we say otherwise at the time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, bulk-download or resell data or calculated outputs from the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- circumvent rate limits, paywalls or authentication, or access other users’ data;
- disrupt the Service, automated request floods, probing for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or uploading anything malicious;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section. Where the breach is not serious we will normally warn you first.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the data you put into Pulse: transactions, imports, notes and settings. You grant us only the permission needed to host and process it so the Service works for you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to make investment decisions of our own.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, for example, statements from your broker.
Your portfolio data is never published. Holdings, transactions, account balances and returns are private to you, and nothing in the section below changes that.
8. Publishing a strategy
Pulse lets you publish a strategy, a name, an optional description and the settings that define it, so other signed-in users can find it, save it and copy it. Publishing is optional and always your choice.
When you publish, you give us permission to show that strategy, and the public handle you chose, to other users of the Service, and you allow them to save and copy it. You keep ownership of it. This permission covers only what you publish, never your portfolio data.
Publishing is not reversible in the way deleting is. A published strategy can be archived, which removes it from search and from your account, but people who already saved it keep their copy. Do not publish anything you would need to be able to withdraw completely.
You agree not to publish:
- anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, or designed to harass another person;
- content you do not have the right to publish, including someone else’s material;
- advertising, spam, links to external offers, or attempts to solicit money or clients;
- personal data about anyone, including yourself, a strategy name is public, so keep it about the strategy;
- anything presented as personal investment advice, or any claim of guaranteed or promised returns.
We may remove a published strategy, or stop an account from publishing, if it breaches this section or if we are required to. Where the breach is not serious we will normally tell you first. If you think something published on the Service infringes your rights or shouldn’t be there, email us at hello@investingpaths.com and we will look at it.
9. Strategies published by other users
Strategies published by other users are their content, not ours. We do not write them, check them, endorse them, or verify that they work. Section 2 applies to them with at least as much force as it applies to our own tools: a strategy someone else published is not advice, and a backtest attached to it describes the past under assumptions that may be wrong.
A strategy that performed well historically can lose money in future, and a result that looks strong is often the product of a rule tuned to fit one stretch of history. If you act on something you found here, it is your decision and your risk.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party data outages and failures happen. We may add, change or remove features; if we materially reduce something you are paying for, you may cancel and ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
The free tools may be rate-limited or withdrawn at any time. We do not guarantee coverage of any particular ticker or market.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these terms, or with reasonable notice if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will refund the unused part of any subscription. On closure we delete or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
One thing survives closing your account: a strategy you published, if other users have saved it. We keep the strategy itself and detach it from you, your handle is removed and it is no longer linked to your account, so that people who saved it don’t lose it. Everything private to you, including all of your portfolio data, is deleted or anonymised as described above. If you want a published strategy gone before you close your account, archive it first.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows the current version. If a change materially affects you as a subscriber, we will give you notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new version.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, and disputes go to the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence, and you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
